Nakhon Sawan Chinese New Year
Nakhon Sawan province is approximately 2 and a half hour away from Bangkok by car. It's practically a China town where you can see many people which look a little bit resembles to Chinese.
In the past, most of Chinese migrated to other countries in search of new life. Thus, some of them came to Thailand in the province called Nakhon Sawan because it was a trading port between countries.This is the main reason why there are many Chinese in Nakhon Sawan.
Chinese immigrant also brought many changes to Thailand because of their business mind,hardworking, religious and cultures which led to Chinese New Year celebration in Thailand.
- Wat Kiripong Sawan( A temple which located on the mountain where you can see the entire city)
- Sawan park (A park which is located at the middle of the city with lake at the middle)
- Bung Boraphet( It's the country's largest freshwater lake which has aquarium and crocodile farm and shown as main attraction)
How far is it
It's approximately 200 kilometers away from Bangkok.

How to go to nakhon sawan
You can go to Nakhon Sawan by train,car,bus, and van. Because Nakhon Sawan is a small province that's why they don't have airport. I recommend you to go by bus or train because it would be the most easiest for you.
How to travel inside of nakhon sawan
You can travel inside of Nakhon Sawan by motorcycle taxis or tuktuk but Nakhon Sawan province is quite small, it's hard to find people who speak English. I recommend that before you go there you must at least know how to speak a bit good at Thai.
